Resource Teacher Responsibilities:
- Support Lead and Assistant Teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide flexible classroom coverage and assistance throughout the school.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain classroom materials and learning centers.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of children both indoors and outdoors.
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding classroom activities and children's progress.
- Maintain clean, organized classrooms that meet all health and safety standards.
- Assist with daily routines and caregiving responsibilities to support children's growth and development.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and team members.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in connection with the care and supervision of children.
- Must meet all state licensing requirements.
